Dr Mohammed Kameshki – Founder and Managing Director

A reputable business strategist, with more than 25 years of business research and advisory experience. Educated in the UK, he holds a BSc Honours in Engineering from the University of Staffordshire, a MSc in Management Science and Operational Research from the University of Warwick Business School and a PhD in Business Economics from the University of Loughborough Business School.

Over the years, he has conducted a number of applied studies in various business and economic fields related to industry, feasibility studies, tourism, foreign trade, economic reforms, SME’s and labour markets. Additionally, he has published several research papers in regional journals and participated in international conferences that relate to current business and economic situations.

Dr. Mohamed Kameshki for the past 10 years has been serving on the boards of listed companies where he has been contributing to their strategic growth and practicing best practice corporate governance.

Hasan Juma, CPA – Lead Consultant

An experienced banker with more than 15 years in the financial sector. He worked with Ibdar Bank as Head of Asset Management and at NCB Capital as a Vice President in the Alternatives Investment and is an investment committee member in a number of regional funds and investment firms, a member of an Advisory committee and Audit Committee in several banks. Hasan holds a BSc in Accounting from the University of Bahrain and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) holder from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New Hampshire, USA and a Certified Islamic Professional Accountant (CIPA) holder from AAOIFI.

Sherin Al-Wardi, CFA – Lead Consultant

An experienced banker with more than 15 years in the financial sector. She worked with IB Capital predominantly looking after a successful launch of a real estate investment and at NCB Capital as a Vice President in the Alternatives Investments. She is an investment committee member in a number of regional funds. Sherin holds a BSc in Banking and Finance from the University of Bahrain and is a Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) holder from the CFA Institute.

Amina Abdulla Yousif, Executive Support Manager

Graduated from Arab Open university with a degree of BSc in Business Administration and Informatic System. Responsible for projects follow up, providing general and administrative support for the MD, coordinating materials and logistics for board and committee meetings, coordinating the information flow for the Foundation, including communication between Foundation staff, Board of Directors and all other employees. managing general office operations, staffing board and committee meetings.
